The core system is built and in active testing — a working prototype (built around a salon booking use case) handles real-time WhatsApp booking, confirmations, and automatic 24-hour-before reminders end to end. It's currently being tested on a live WhatsApp number before rolling out to client deployments, with one known refinement in progress: moving from free-text date/time entry to tap-to-select options, so booking a time is faster and never misread.
